Health & Wellness Protocol | Privacy Policy & Waiver of Liability

Your well-being is our #1 Priority! The show will be conducted with courtesy, common sense, and some new protocols in place. We are confident that all participants will be conscientious about following the protocol and respectful of one another.

• We will follow health and wellness guidelines recommended by the CDC, local and state officials.
  • Masks are required to be worn in public when social distancing is not possible. Please wear a mask to check in and in common public areas such as restrooms, aisles, and elevators.
  • Complimentary masks and hand sanitizer are available at the Registration Desk.
  • Maintain social distance of 6' whenever possible.
  • Buyers are asked to wait outside of a booth until the exhibitor invites them in.
  • Wash and sanitize your hands often, especially before and after each point of contact. There will be sanitizer stations throughout the venue.
  • All exhibits are separate and individual entity well suited for social distancing within a small group.
  • Buyer registration will be as contact-free as possible.
  • The building has been sanitized with CDC recommended products and methods.
  • Do not attend the show if you have a fever or do not feel well.

Privacy Policy & Waiver of Liability The following policy applies to all attendees of trade shows produced by MINNEKOTA MARKETS, LLC who include but are not limited to Exhibitors and Visitors. MINNEKOTA MARKETS, LLC reserves the right to modify its privacy policy at any time. MINNEKOTA MARKETS, LLC places the highest priority on earning and keeping our customers’ trust and confidence. The health, safety, and well-being of all participants is our first priority. Information gathered is considered professional information and will be used for MINNEKOTA MARKETS, LLC trade show attendance, mailing for the markets and furnished to trade show exhibitors. Attendees agrees to hold MINNEKOTA MARKETS, LLC / Convention Center and Hotels and their owners, agents and contractors harmless from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, liability, loss, cost, attorney fees and expenses of whatever kind of nature which arise out of a result from attending or participating in the Silver Lining Productions Inc. trade shows whether or not foreseeable, including without limitations, personal injuries to attendee or his/her invited guests. Attendees understand photographs may be taken for the purpose of event promotion. Registration and/or participation in MINNEKOTA MARKETS, LLC events are an acknowledgement of personal responsibility and acceptance of the waiver of liability and hold harmless agreement, both written and expressed.
